Job Posting:We are seeking an experienced

PPC Marketing Specialist

to lead and optimize our search marketing efforts across various platforms. In this role, you will work closely with other members of the search marketing team, the broader marketing team, and our merchandising team to develop and implement strategies to drive qualified website traffic.As a PPC Marketing Specialist, your primary focus will be to plan, lead, and optimize our paid search efforts for one or more ecommerce sites. You will also be responsible for regular and ad hoc reporting and analysis and participate in search engine optimization (SEO), website optimization, and other digital marketing initiatives. We expect you to stay current on new trends and best-practice strategies in search marketing, and we will support your continued learning.Responsibilities:Plan, lead, and optimize paid search activities across multiple platforms (Google, Bing, Social, etc.)Deliver regular and ad hoc reporting and analysis to track and improve performance. Provide visibility and insights into marketing and sales data and make optimization recommendations. Deliver monthly analysis summarizing results and market conditions.Collaborate and strategize with our merchandising team to identify and achieve business priorities.Grow and optimize our keywords portfolio through testing (A/B and Multivariate) with ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, negative keywords, etc.Identify high-value audiences and new advertising tactics.Collaborate with our content team and product specialist to improve site structure, page construction, and SEO.Drive continued innovation and best practice implementation, regularly sharing your knowledge with the internet marketing team.Be an authority in the Search Engine Marketing (SEM) space by staying on top of current search marketing news, search engine optimization strategies, search engine features, and algorithm changes.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.3-5 years experience in search marketing or similar.Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics.Experience in Ecommerce/Retail.Skills and Qualities:Proficient with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.Experience with Business Intelligence Tools.Experience with search marketing tools and platforms (Search Console, Moz, SEMRush, etc.).Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.Strong attention to detail.Strong communication and writing skills.Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.Interest in power equipment and/or HVAC helpful.About Power Equipment Direct:Looking for a workplace that has competitive pay, excellent benefits, and takes an active interest in your professional development? The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.$3,075.30 - $6,783.70Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles
