Position Overview:Are you ready to be the driving force behind our product narratives and content creation? As a Product and Content Marketing Manager at XMARS, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape how our product is perceived and talked about in the market. You'll blend product knowledge with content magic, creating a content strategy throughout the customer journey through both product led growth (PLG) and sales led growth (SLG) strategies. Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee content development of diverse content including webinars, blogs, social media posts, reports, case studies, and infographics.Collaborate with product development teams to gain deep product knowledge and identify key messaging, translating these into engaging content.Create and manage a rich content calendar that includes videos, blog posts, webinars, social media, and reports, targeting different stages of the customer journey.Collaborate with sales teams to create sales enablement tools and materials.Define and measure performance of content impact utilizing SEO, content analytics tools, and multimedia metrics to drive continuous improvement.Collaborate with internal and external experts for content creation, particularly for video, podcast, and webinar production.Coordinate product launches, ensuring multimedia content is compelling and accurately showcases product features and benefits.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.6+ years of experience in SaaS B2B product marketing or content marketing.Experienced in PLG and SLG strategies as well as product lifecycle marketing in the SaaS space.Strong project management skills and experience with managing multiple projects simultaneously. PMP Certification is preferred.Creative thinking and innovative content generation skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
