Product Marketing Manager

to help drive our innovations to market.What you'll get to doWorking alongside our engineers, designers, and strategists, you will help to identify user and stakeholder needs in the highly technical life sciences product space. You will build and maintain a network of relevant external scientific and market contacts. You will assess the competitive landscape, map the customer journey, and help to define product requirements. You will spearhead go-to-market activities, collaborating with leadership to establish and implement pricing, distribution, and partnership strategies.Responsibilities:Acquire, engage, and influence new and current customers for the purpose of understanding user and market needs:Identify, target, recruit, and engage potential customers, users, purchasers, and influencers in the laboratory products space.Facilitate focus groups, interviews, surveys, and other market research activities.Identify user needs and solicit feedback on product concepts and prototypes.Engage with technical team to define product requirements and features.Identify, scope, and evaluate new business/product opportunities:Perform industry and company research.Assess competitive product landscape.Quantify market opportunities.Identify and engage with potential commercial partners:Work with leadership to identify strategic partnership opportunities.Engage and build relationships with potential strategic partners.Facilitate introductions and conversations within the Re:Build leadership team.Manage marketing and product launch planning:Support sales through lead generation, development of sales tools, and development of a CRM system.Identify and assess options for distribution channels; develop go-to-market strategies and tactical plans.Support the development of service, warranty, distribution, and logistics requirements.Develop and maintain marketing materials including flyers, signage, branding, website and social media content, and e-mail campaigns.What you bring to the TeamYou are adaptable, nimble, solution-oriented, collaborative, and self-motivated.5+ years’ experience in sales, marketing, market research, and/or go-to-market strategy.Experience in life sciences, medtech a plus.Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or equivalent.Demonstrated performance in leading or supporting successful new product launches.Comfortable actively networking and proactively engaging a wide range of customers and partners.Creative, curious, and confident in a faced-paced entrepreneurial environment.Excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills.Start-up experience is a plus.About Re:Build ManufacturingAt Re:Build Manufacturing we’re rebuilding America’s manufacturing base and create meaningful, sustainable jobs in areas that have been deindustrialized over the past 20-30 years.
