Join our team...IOWN Renewable Energy is seeking a Marketing Manager who will manage all aspects of the company’s internal and external marketing strategy, creation, execution, and corporate communications. This person should be a self-starter with a strong understanding of the strategic marketing landscape for corporate marketing initiatives.Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent experience is required.3 Years in a full-time marketing role.Experience in copywriting and graphic design.Full proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, Illustrator) or other graphics programs.Video editing skills are required.Self-motivated with a high level of creativity, initiative and accountability.Excellent written and oral communication and organizational skills.Flexible and cooperative with a well-developed team spirit.Current driver’s license and ability to travel is required.Maintain legally required insurance.Excellent computer skills working with various office equipment, computers, and various programs including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.Responsibilities

The Marketing Manager will provide direction for company-wide marketing schemes and collaborate with the corporate administrative and operational team members along with the development and commercial teams in execution.Participate in defining and executing the marketing strategy in alignment with company priorities.Perform market research to support strategy and increase brand awareness.In collaboration with other departments; select industry events and conferences to attend and/or sponsor.Recommend and execute tactics for social media presence and monitor implementation across entire organization to ensure consistency and compliance.Leverage analytics to measure and optimize the performance of marketing initiatives.Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.Support or lead coordination of events when appropriate.Plan, structure, and execute public relations and advertising campaigns.Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.Design and procure promotional material.Produce, copywrite and/or acquire valuable and engaging content for the Company website and social media outlets that attract target audiences.Produce and/or acquire, oversee, approve all internal and external marketing materials.Edit and proofread content before publication on various media outlets.About Us
