Job DescriptionBoutique Recruiting has teamed up with a cutting-edge health company in Florida to find an experienced attorney to join their company as a Marketing and Regulatory Senior Counsel! Our client is looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience as an attorney, who has a strong background in marketing compliance, regulatory affairs, and FDA regulations within the dietary supplement product or food industry. $150,000 - $175,000 DOEResponsibilities
Review and approve company advertising and marketing materialsOversee FDA compliance programs related to labeling, claims, and adverse event reportingCollaborate with the Regulatory and Quality teams on FDA regulations and complianceProvide legal guidance on consumer data protection and privacySupport trademark matters and review contracts related to marketing and eventsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to provide legal compliance support and guidanceRequirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as an attorneyAt least 2 years of in-house legal experienceStrong background in marketing compliance, regulatory affairs, and FDA regulations within the health industryLicensed to practice law in any U.S. stateCommercial contracts experience is preferredPrivacy experience and/or IAPP certification is preferredFamiliarity with trademarks and intellectual property is a plusBenefits
