Job Summary :

This role is within Chamberlain Group’s Marketing function. Working in close collaboration with product management and broader marketing teams, this role will be responsible for (i) developing, planning, and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that delights our audience, converts prospects in the multifamily real estate industry and contributes towards achieving business goals within our Commercial Emerging Business, (ii) leading end-to-end content strategy execution with responsibility for creation, publication, and distribution of written, audio, and visual content assets; (iii) leverage data and analytics to optimize content messaging and create impactful content that powers our demand generation and customer acquisition practice.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Champion the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of full funnel content to engage prospects in the buying process and ultimately to help drive leads and revenue.Work with cross-functional teams to vet, scope, and define content opportunities and apply strategic planning skills to create a long-term vision for content that advances business objectives.Produce best-in-class short and long form marketing content including whitepapers, blogs, website posts, landing pages, newsletters, email campaigns, case studies and social media posts.Serve as an exemplary writer - write clean, concise, well-polished copy.Support product launches, major marketing initiatives, and other content opportunities.Drive creativity and innovation in content creation, distribution, and testing approaches.Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics.Leverage customer research, data and analytics to continually inform strategy and approach.Measure content effectiveness across channels, use data to recommend changes to messaging, format, and channel.Communicate our product/service’s value to the market clearly, concisely, and in a compelling way and efficiently reach the target audience; drive demand creation that is aligned with sales metrics and corporate strategy.Track and analyze performance of marketing programs against KPIs and make recommendations for improvements; ensure business results are on track, flag barriers to success, and risks to management where necessary.Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications or related field.6+ years of experience in B2B content Marketing.Experience working in and developing digital marketing channels.Experience in the manufacturing, technology or enterprise software space.Experience managing vendor and agencies and/or internal creative teams.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Demonstrated bias to action, taking initiative to solve business problems proactively and create new best practices where the business demands.Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple stakeholders, seniority levels, and teams and a growth mindset with a healthy mix of creativity and business acumen.Ability to create clear, concise, and compelling marketing messages.Collaborative team player with great interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.A strong understanding of Webflow or WordPress and SEMrush, or similar CMS/SEO platforms.A strong attention to detail, both in editing and presentation.Expert writing skills.Other:

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time mainly in North America.

Preferred Qualifications:
