If you do not have experience, we will train you.Benefits for full-time employees:Paid Time OffPaid Holidays after 90 daysCell phone allowanceUse of company vehicles to get to the job sitePaid training and certificationsProfit sharing*3% contribution to 401k**Health & dental available after 60 daysLife insurance is provided after 60 days (at no cost to you)Option to purchase additional life insuranceAFLACOpportunity for growthWork with an experienced team of professionals*Must meet established company goals**401k eligible after one year of employmentResponsibilities:Coordinate on-site material deliveries, prepare materials for returns, fill out purchase orders, remove debris, and handle waste removal properly.Walk homes or buildings with the construction manager and client after completing the final preparations.Keep detailed records of job changes and a daily log of job site occurrences to assist with documentation for the project manager.Work in accordance with all safety guidelines on job site and immediately report any incidents or violations of work rules to supervisor.Water the yard and clean the job site as needed to maintain a good exterior appearance.Inventory personal property.Packing, loading & transport.Disassemble and reassemble furniture.Dry and wet cleaning, depending on the surface.Deodorization (ozone, foggers, etc.).Identify salvageable versus non-salvageable contents.Use established software to photograph and document all items.Provide excellent customer service.Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines.Ensure attention to detail.Safeguarding customer's property and information.Practice good housekeeping at all times to ensure a safe and non-cluttered worksite.Support the Project Manager and lead the team in producing a high-quality, high-efficiency work product.Complete final preparations and walk-throughs with the Project Manager and the client.Qualifications:History of professionalism, being a team player, adhering to project schedules, regular attendance at work, and a strong work ethic.Have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license.Able to work outdoors for long periods of time, and be able to climb ladders and stairs.Understand some basic skills and construction methods and know how to use some construction tools and equipment.Have a high school diploma or equivalent.Must live within 50 miles of Auburn Hills, Michigan to be considered for this position.Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.Have good physical stamina to climb ladders, and stairs, and work in varying temperatures.Strong work ethic.Friendly personality and the ability to work as a team.IICRC FRST and/or CPS certification is preferred.Ability to work longer hours if needed.Attention to detail is a
