Meet The Team

Joining the Product & Channel Marketing team, you will be supporting the development of our international product line, Dexcom ONE/ONE+. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you will collaborate with the product team and the EMEAI, LATAM and APAC regional teams to shape the product strategy and drive the success of D-series line.

Where You Come In

You will partner with the Product Management lead and the regional teams to support long-term and short-term strategic product development plans. Support leadership assessment of product evolution, diving into available research.You will collaborate with the regional teams, define future products positioning, associate branding (naming, visual identity, etc.) and core messages within Dexcom portfolio.You will work with the global and regional market research functions to design, launch and analyze studies to better understand purchase and retention drivers for the D-series product line. Coordinate cross-functional efforts to better understand competitive landscape, market dynamics, opportunities and risks for the product line, across continents.You will contribute to identify new partnership opportunities (digital health partners, etc.) to accelerate the growth of the Dexcom ONE line in our core markets, working with the upstream and downstream partnership teams, along with the regional teams.You will support data and evidence generation needed for competitive claims and promotional collaterals, collaborating across clinical, market access, legal, regulatory, and other functions.You will support launch efforts: prepare key foundational pieces for launch, manage commercial monitoring/reporting to leadership and lead actions to correct gaps or optimize success.You will manage external agencies to develop supporting assets.

What Makes You Successful

You have extensive marketing experience including product definition, positioning and branding. Experience with product launches is a must.You have strong analytical skills to be able to identify insights and market dynamics.You are KPI and results driven - and can show projects where you have made an impact in the past.You have strong presentation skills; written and oral.You are comfortable leading projects in coordination with 5 to 10 teams in high pressure international settings.You have 3 - 5 years of healthcare /medical device experience.You can speak a 2nd language and/or have 2 - 3 years of international experience.

Experience And Education Requirements

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree with 8 - 12 years of industry experience.2 - 5 years of previous management or lead experience.

Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
