As the Sr. Email Marketing Manager, you will oversee the strategy and development of promotional, targeted, and customer lifecycle email campaigns to support growth and retention goals. We are looking for an experienced Sr. Email Marketing Manager with a deep understanding of email marketing strategies, campaign optimization, and experience managing end-to-end campaigns that drive engagement and conversion. This individual will help design and maintain the company’s overall email strategy. In addition, they will have a keen understanding of email best practices and cutting-edge industry innovations to propose and drive initiatives to enhance the programs substantially. This role will work closely with internal teams to develop and report on email programs, including lead nurture, and has built email marketing programs at B2B SaaS companies.A successful candidate will drive strategic planning and be responsible for seamless execution, reporting/analytics, and ongoing optimization of email campaigns.Responsibilities:

Create, develop, and implement effective email marketing that drives engagement and conversion in collaboration with key stakeholders and regional teams.Exceptional project management and organization skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and manage complex processes.Experience in executing large-scale email marketing campaigns and A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization.Experience collaborating with the creative team to design and implement email templates that align with our brand.Track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.Explore and test new marketing content, techniques, and strategies.Experience managing email lists and segmentation to ensure that campaigns are targeted and personalized to the right audience.Streamline and optimize email campaigns to improve performance and increase ROI.Maintaining email compliance and best practices.Experience:

8+ years of experience in running large-scale email marketing efforts in a performance-driven environment.Track record of shaping strategies for email marketing campaigns, including lead generation, marketing automation, and lead nurturing.Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.Strong analytical skills.Experience using data to analyze performance and identify optimization opportunities.Experience with Marketo required.Experience in CRM management with a focus on data cleanliness and enrichment.Execution-oriented, eager to get results and succeed.The Job Description is intended to be a general representation of the responsibilities and requirements of the job.
