Using an integrated strategy for managing audits, TeamMate eliminates the barriers created by disconnected electronic files and increases the efficiency and productivity of the entire internal audit process.As a User Experience Designer, you will be a key member of a cross-functional team tasked with delivering a key piece of our next-generation solution. You will work under the guidance of the Lead UX Designer and Senior UX Designers to produce low and high-fidelity designs and prototypes within a highly collaborative team.If you want to join a dynamic, highly passionate, and engaged product team that cares deeply about understanding customers and uses that knowledge to drive product and design decisions, this is the position for you.This is a Remote role and will report to the Lead CX/UX Designer and under the leadership of the Manager, CX/UX Design. You will have no direct line supervisory responsibilities. You may oversee the work of colleagues and consultants in the course of project execution.Required Job Qualifications (Minimum):

1-4 years of experience as a UX Designer.Experienced interaction and visual designer who has worked on a complex application that supports professionals doing work.Enjoy creating rough, low-fidelity prototypes and are comfortable working out just enough detail to learn quickly from users.Proficient in Figma or similar design tools (Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).Enjoy working as part of a highly collaborative team to solve complex problems.Want to learn how to conduct user research interviews and other UX methods to understand users, synthesize user findings, and drive systemic design thinking.Understand that design is always about trade-offs and that solutions need to satisfy both user needs and business objectives—and can explain your design rationale to any audience.A formal education in Interaction Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, HCI, Information Architecture, or a related discipline is a plus.An online portfolio (or examples you can walk us through) that demonstrates your abilities. Be prepared to describe the processes used, your role, and the outcomes.Minimal travel required (less than 20%).Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.Essential Responsibilities:

Work under the direction of the Lead UX Designer or a Senior UX Designer to create and iterate designs and prototypes.Create and iterate low-fidelity designs & prototypes in Figma for testing of early-stage design concepts with users.Create high-fidelity designs in Figma based on user research, our design system, and feedback from developers.Work with other members of the team—product manager, product owner, developers, QA, and others—to help ensure we're building the right solutions for our users.Present designs and prototypes to peers and other stakeholders.Quickly adopt our design processes and learn about our user research processes by working with the Lead and Senior UX Designers.Become familiar with the Wolters Kluwer design system, promote its use within TeamMate, and contribute new design components and variants.Work as part of an Agile Scrum team, including estimating and tracking all UX design and research work in Agile epics and stories.Participate in user research efforts and UX workshops as needed, including interpretation sessions, research synthesis, concept generation, and storyboarding as part of the Contextual Design process.Additional Information:
