You’ll learn more about this during the application process.JOB SUMMARY:

The person in this role will help prioritize and manage marketing analytics programs and associated enablement initiatives to support Universal Destination & Experiences. They will directly oversee complex and cross-functional projects and ensure requirements are evaluated, defined, prioritized, and orchestrated in a value-driven, consistent, synthesized manner.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:Process and Capability Development

Support advancement of the team as we prepare for the future by participating in and facilitating the Global Marketing Analytics and Targeting team roadmap development and prioritization, which includes analytics initiatives and marketing platforms and operations initiatives. This will include subsequently tracking progress on each initiative based on input from various initiative owners, so the team has an integrated view of work across the team.Leverage and contribute to flexible, yet rigorous framework to consistently employ best practices that support consistent and scalable delivery. Includes leveraging principles of project and product management, consultative and advisory skills, and data-driven marketing expertise to develop an agile yet thorough set of standards (e.g., stakeholder management, work planning, issue/risk management, requirements definition, acceptance).Management

Collaboratively define project objectives, value, goals, milestones, roles & responsibilities, and manage successful delivery of marketing analytics work streams as they become prioritized.Serve as a point of contact and representative of the team for select initiatives or marketing stakeholders, especially those initiatives that require cross-functional collaboration; current team stakeholders include the CMO and digital lead, as well as product, channel, and media owners.Leadership

Lead select work streams that may be comprised of individuals from multiple functions. This will require strong communication skills since work stream participants may be from different teams and may possess differing skills/knowledge.Clearly define and articulate project goals, value, milestones, roles & responsibilities; manage scope, timelines, multiple moving pieces, and contingencies. Manage team dynamics, communications, issues/risks, escalations, and clear roadblocks through influence.For select efforts, develop deliverables (e.g., documents that support the process, delivery, stakeholder management) and presentations that draw on analytical and technical subjects, but synthesize findings for a business audience.Marketing Insights

For select initiatives or as needed, collaborate with team to uncover actionable recommendations. Ensure that as recommendations are implemented, the original insights and recommendations are not lost in translation.Other

Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.Performs other duties as assigned.EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, MIS, technology.EXPERIENCE:5+ years working with and managing cross functional teams or client-side experience where you served as an internal consultant/service to others in the organization.Track record of translating business questions and decisions into production efforts.Knowledge of program management (e.g., process-org-tech perspective), product management, and agile methods (e.g., agile marketing, scrum, kanban) preferred.Prior success and comfort in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders, teams and priorities. Experience managing cross functional teams.Strong critical thinking and analytical mindset, business acumen, and ability to communicate to stakeholders at all levels.History of engaging with senior level professionals to share insights and recommendations. Professional demeanor and strong presence is a must.Experience with media measurement tools and best practice initiatives or similar is a plus, but not required.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
