JOB COMPLEXITY:
Works on issues where analysis of architectural design requires evaluation of variable factors. Takes direction from more senior staff in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. May use internal and external contacts to complete assignments.
SUPERVISION:
Coordinates with supervisor to determine methods and procedures on new assignments for completing work.
KNOWLEDGE:
Uses professional concepts to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues. Advanced BIM/CAD drafting/drawing skills.
EXPERIENCE:
Typically requires a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience. Bachelor's Degree in Architecture required. For Architect Level 2, Registered Architect required.
Compensation Range:
$114,960.00 - $153,281.00
