We're looking for a Product Designer who can not only design but also code. This is a hands-on role with a lot of autonomy, reporting directly to the CEO. The person in this role will be making crucial front-end and design decisions.Responsibilities:
Participate in product ideation and conceptual development.Create visual designs for web and mobile applications.Implement these designs into our Next.JS / TRPC stack using Typescript and Chakra UI.Work collaboratively with our engineering team to ensure effective execution of designs.Utilize and contribute to our design system.Make strategic and data-driven decisions relating to design and user experience.Required Skills:
Strong understanding of product development process.Proficient in Typescript and experience with Next.JS / TRPC.Knowledge of Chakra UI or similar libraries.Proven ability to create designs (UI/UX) that can be implemented into code.Excellent collaboration skills.Founder mindset - ability to be hands-on, proactive, and work autonomously.Strong visual design sense and ability to conceptualize and communicate complex design concepts.What we offer:
