We are seeking a dynamic Product and Channel Marketing Manager, who will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive product awareness, demand generation, and sales growth across various channels. This role requires a strong understanding of product marketing, channel management, and a passion for healthcare innovation. You will be responsible for crafting compelling product narratives, executing marketing campaigns, and developing partnerships that enhance product accessibility and market penetration.FUNCTIONS

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for existing and new products, focusing on market penetration and customer engagement, including market positioning, messaging, and value propositions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer care, and clinical and regulatory experts, to gather insights and develop marketing materials aligned with customer needs.Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product positioning, pricing strategies, and marketing messages.Develop and execute impactful product launch plans, including go-to-market strategy, sales enablement materials, marketing campaigns, trade shows, and educational webinars to drive product adoption and revenue growth for both HCP and DTC target markets.Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify key market opportunities and inform product marketing strategies.Manage relationships with key channel partners, identifying new channel opportunities and optimizing channel mix to maximize market reach.Create engaging marketing materials, such as brochures, videos, and website content, that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products.Evaluate channel effectiveness and ROI, tracking key performance metrics and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize channel performance and profitability.Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials, communications, and channels.Develop brand awareness campaigns and initiatives to increase Noctrix Health’s visibility and market presence within the healthcare industry.Maintain brand guidelines and standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, industry regulations and company policies.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.5+ years of experience in product marketing, channel management, or related roles, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.Strong understanding of marketing principles, including product positioning, messaging, and branding.Experience developing and executing successful product launches and marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, and lead generation.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing automation tools/software.Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements in the medical device industry.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.JOB TYPE
