With five decades of expertise in the built environment, Legence has a proven track record of reducing carbon emissions, implementing renewables, lowering utility costs through efficiency consumption, and making systems run better at unmatched speed and scale.The Account Based Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategy and implementation of Account Based Marketing campaigns and tactics to drive pipeline from a key accounts list (developed in collaboration with Sales and Marketing). This role will approach ABM strategy with a data-driven approach, continually testing and evaluating success of campaigns. The ABM Manager collaborates closely across marketing and sales teams for a fully integrated approach.Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales team to select key accountsDevelop growth strategies with 3rd party agencies and internal teams to optimize a data-driven ABM strategy to achieve sales goals with high-value accountsManage day-to-day execution of HubSpot CRM & MarketingDevelop and deploy multi-channel ABM campaigns, including crafting strategy, aligning internal teams, and project managing executionCollaborate with SMEs across 13 business units to deliver engaging content/insights that will resonate with the target audience’s pain points and will be used by Sales and MarketingCoordinate all ABM activities, including writing copy for marketing materials, managing social media accounts, creating ad campaigns on platforms like Google and LinkedIn AdsManage the editorial calendar and ensure deadlines are metOptimize content considering SEO and Google AnalyticsApply an experimentation mindset to ABM campaigns to drive, test, learn, and optimizeIterate and optimize campaigns based on data and analysis of ABM campaigns and tacticsDeliver account research and analysis to drive ABM strategiesProvide ongoing reporting, campaign insights and pacing toward goal to stakeholdersPartner closely with teams across Legence to ensure strong marketing and sales alignmentDocument processes and best practices for marketing and sales teams to referenceQualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent experience in a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experienceThree or more years of experience using the HubSpot, CRM, and Marketing modulesSkills

Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skillsSolid knowledge of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc.)Proven ability in handling concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracySelf-motivated, enjoys continuous learning and customer-focused.Demonstrated ability to achieve results working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teamsAble to clearly communicate new ideas, products, and campaigns to both internal and external stakeholdersTeam player that can work both collaboratively and autonomouslyProactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinkingStrong project management, time management, prioritization, and organizational skillsAbility to use Asana for project managementKnowledge of sustainable building construction, sustainability, MEP contracting a plusLimited travel is requiredWe are unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this position.Health And Welfare Benefits
