Our product is a compelling, contemporary alternative to send flowers and yes they are beautiful.Beyond having a fraction of the carbon footprint of imported flowers, we plant a tree for every bouquet sold, and partner with 1% for the Planet, an organization that works to tackle our planet’s most pressing environmental issues.????The OpportunityYou will scale a critical capability for the company’s growth. You will drive the success and effectiveness of our performance marketing online media properties and beyond. This role will build the system to position our products, grow our funnels, launch campaigns, and analyze our KPIs so we can scale our reach and be efficient with customer acquisition costs.What you will be doingYou will manage a significant marketing budget to efficiently achieve customer acquisition goals across a diversified mix of inbound channels: Collaborate with digital media agencies to optimize and expand customer acquisition strategy across all paid digital channels, primarily META and Google but also engaging with TikTok, Pinterest, and others. Leverage extensive first and third-party data to maximize campaign profitability by analyzing dimensions such as lifetime customer value, lead quality, product mix, location, age, and device. Serve as the subject matter expert for performance marketing, including keeping a pulse on industry trends, creative and value propositions, new targeting opportunities, and data hygiene.What success looks like:As a fast-growing business with explosive potential, the site will need to grow with the business. You have direct impact and influence on the website's evolution. Successful talent will grow with the business and create impact while putting the team over individual wins.What you will bring7+ years of growth marketing experience with at least 3 years spent running sizable performance marketing campaigns (preferably in B2C, SEO, organic)Can effectively deliver world-class creative that resonates with an audience while having a command of every key metric to drive business performanceKnow the entire performance marketing landscape, including knowledge of the tools to use, running effective campaigns, the metrics to measure, and the proper attribution methodologiesStrong analytical skills, data-focused, and goes deep to ensure quality data decision-makingProven expertise in creating and executing multi-touch, multi-channel marketing programs that leverage inbound and outbound tacticsCan roll up your sleeves and run any campaign yourselfFlexible and agile to handle the competing priorities of a fast-growing companyCuriosity and a pursuit of lifelong learningA strong eye for design and experiences that engage and delight customers????The Employee FreshCut Paper ExperienceWe are a small and growing company that is ambitious and thinks big.
