Job Description:

Dynamo Technologies is seeking a Graphic and Creative Coordinator to support The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), Financial Management Division (FMD). The Graphic and Creative Coordinator will utilize cutting-edge graphic design software to create captivating visuals for promotions, advertisements, films, packaging, and multimedia programs. This role requires staying updated on technological advancements, adhering to design guidelines, and applying creative solutions to achieve organizational goals.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

The Graphic Designer's roles and responsibilities will meet the below detailed objectives of the contract to include, but not limited to:

Uses knowledge of current graphic design software to produce graphic art and visual materials for promotions, advertisements, films, packaging, photography and informative and instructional material through a variety of media outlets such as websites and CD-ROMs.Generates and manipulates graphic images, animations, sound, text and video into consolidated and seamless multimedia programs.Must remain abreast of technological advances in the field and be able to identify areas of use in the organization.Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.Create solutions that adhere to design and brand guidelines.

Required Skills/Abilities:Knowledge of web design and content management.Experience with Adobe Creative Suite software (Photoshop, Bridge, Dreamweaver, Flash, Media Encoder, Illustrator, Acrobat).Excellent communication skills.A great deal of creativity and latitude.Proven track record of timely, accurate and complete work, independently managing multiple tasks with changing timelines and deliverables.Excellent critical thinking, organizational, problem solving, oral and written communication skills.Adaptability and willingness to take on additional tasks as needed.Proven ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written, with various staff levels and teams across the agency, including technical teams.Possess and demonstrate the interpersonal and leadership skills to build relationships with key stakeholders.U.S. Citizenship Required.

Education and Experience:Minimum/General Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years working in a federal organizational environment.Minimum Education/Credentials: Bachelor's Degree.

Clearance Requirement:Ability to obtain a Public Trust.
