We are hiring a

Partner Brand Marketing Senior Specialist

to play a key role leading the strategic marketing and growth of our partner portfolios.What You Will Be Doing:

You will oversee everyday management of a selection of our partner brands, which includes overseeing product portfolios, positioning, and relationship management.You will be responsible for the profitability and revenue growth for the brands, as well as being part of a collaborative team that focuses on our Design customer.Some activities will include:Assisting in the development of strategic growth plansPortfolio oversightExecution of marketing and communications plans to achieve goalsIn addition to having a focus on the portfolio and growth strategy, this role also will cover channel strategy, pricing, and business processes required to support these products and brand.Who you are:

You have relevant exposure and engagement in growth-oriented strategic thinking, implementation of new business models, and external relationship management.Outstanding interpersonal skills required to effectively work with marketing, communications, finance, design, sales, dealers and internal Steelcase leaders at multiple levels.Outstanding oral and written communication skills. Must be able to prepare and present product/program proposals to all levels of management.Ability to create new knowledge to drive positive change and new strategies.Required Skills and Competencies:

Bachelor's degree.Proven knowledge and understanding of marketing and/or branding.Strong financial acumen with the ability to understand brand financials and pricing.Ability to execute launch and promotional strategies, plans and budgets for the assigned product and/or program group.Ability to manage multiple, competing demands effectively using appropriate prioritization & organizational skills.Preferred Skills and Competencies:

2-4+ years of marketing, brand, and/or product management experience.Who We Are:
