The designer plays a pivotal role in our products' success, and we believe that as a designer, you can contribute towards the larger goals and shape the future of our product lines.As part of the design team, you will be creating intuitive and delightful interfaces that help users accomplish their goals. You will work alongside other designers and develop solutions that engage and solve actual consumer needs.Technical SkillsUser Research - Translate complex design problems, user pain points, and research findings into practical and impactful design solutions.Prototyping/WireframingPersona creationInformation Architecture creationA/B Testing and User TestingDesign ThinkingVisual DesignIdentify new product improvement opportunities.Translate business requirements into concrete ideas and refine and iterate on those ideas being a consumer advocate.Work with UX design leads, development, and product management teams to ensure interaction and visual designs are in sync with our design guidelines and functionalities are engaging and meaningful for varying user, technical and performance specifications.Experience working on design systems is a must and should be able to contribute towards an evolving design system.Provide extraordinary experiences for consumer products based on customer feedback, data analytics, and industry trends.Measure and present actual UX outcomes/impacts using qualitative and quantitative methods.Present design ideas to cross-functional teams, key stakeholders, and senior leadership.Contribute to the continuing growth of a strong design team.Support the UX design practice by actively seeking process improvements, driving productive change, and running exercises to encourage widespread UX adoption.Juggle multiple projects and own multiple product lines.Process Skills:The Ideal Candidate For This Job Should HaveA high-quality portfolio of work showing your skills, accomplishments, impacts, and challenges.Attention to detail and clear interaction design specifications.UX-focused design works and style guidelines for web and mobile applications, demonstrating clear empathy for the user and business objectives.Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.Impeccable attention to detail.Past experience in mentoring other designers in the team.A proven track record of data-driven design.Tools:Axure RP 9, Figma or Adobe Creative CloudBehavioral SkillsCollaborates and communicates with internal and outsourced development partners on interactive and interface design and development.Bachelor's or master's degree in User Interface Design, or equivalent.What's in for you?Good exposure working with multiple tools and technologies.Working in R&D and Development Projects.Leading large teams and working with multiple stakeholders.Exposure to working directly with customers.
