DescriptionRDG’s Experiential Designers transform spaces to evoke emotions, creating immersive environments that connect people on a deeper level. Working alongside clients from across RDG’s markets, we use our skills and talent to develop graphics, signage and wayfinding, and branded environments to tell each project’s unique story. We’re looking to add someone to our team.Our ideal candidate is someone who’s proficient in graphic design principles and brings a knack for storytelling and problem-solving to the table. This individual can dive into our studio and firm culture with enthusiasm and positivity and should be detail-oriented, ambitious and self-motivated. Strong time management is a must, along with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively. Whether working in a team or flying solo, you should thrive in both settings, adapting seamlessly to whatever the project demands. The best part about the role? Along with your application, please submit a portfolio that showcases effective applications of design principles, thoughtful process and attention to detail.RequirementsDevelop creative solutions to complex problems in the built environment.Balance a workload consisting of multiple projects.Follow directives from project and studio leads.Timely completion of deliverables to meet deadlines.Flexibility to travel between office locations and job sites.Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in graphic design or comparable field. 2-7+ years of professional design experience in an agency, design firm or similar industry.Compelling portfolio demonstrating diverse work and a strong understanding of graphic design principles.Experiential design background preferred.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.Additional Beneficial SkillsSketchup or 3D software equivalent.UX/UI Design.Location:
