As our Regional Marketing Manager (m/f/d) -Special Neurology

for Parkinson & MS, you will strategically develop, implement and track initiatives, ensuring consistent brand messaging and market positioning across the designated region. This role involves analyzing market trends, managing the brand-planning and customer-engagement process, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will drive brand growth through effective communication and targeted promotional activities based on HCPs and patients needs.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

Market knowledge & Insights

: Oversee and understand the Parkinson`s and Multiple Sclerosis (MS) market in Europe. Conducts in-depth market analysis to gain insights into customer preferences, unmet needs, and market dynamics. Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to support strategic decisions.

Strategy & tactics

: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the neurology portfolio, aligned with global and regional objectives.

Brand planning process

: Initiate and manage the annual brand plan process for the region in alignment with the global team. Review and challenge the local brand plan and monitor the final implementation, overseeing local key activities potential synergies on a regional level.

Customer engagement process:

Support the local customer engagement process (e.g. Key Account Management, Marketing, Medical & Sales collaboration, Digital transformation) with guidance, processes and tools.

KOL Management

:

Partner with the regional KOL Management approach with insights and value activities.

Brand campaigns

: Develop and drive brand campaigns, materials and the messaging utilising a multi/omni channel approach

Launch preparations

: Support local markets in their launch readiness and activities considering global launch templates and materials.

Stakeholder management:

Collaborates with all relevant cross-functional teams along the value chain. Interacts e.g., with the Global Product Teams (GPTs), the global Marketing teams, local affiliates, HCPs and patient advocacy groups

Congresses:

Lead for relevant European Neurology meetings & events (HCPs) & patient association meetings

Budget management:

Manages the budget for the special neurology brands with an entrepreneurial mindset

Training

: Shares local best practices across the region and provides training for local Marketing, Medical and Sales teams

YOUR PROFILE

University Degree in Business with focus on Marketing or a related field

Experience in Special Neurology, ideally knowledge of the Parkinson's and Multiple Sclerosis (MS) markets in Europe, with strong analytical skills

Proven ability to develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with global and regional objectives

Experience in product launching, managing the annual brand planning process and overseeing the execution of local brand plans

Strong skills in customer engagement, including Key Account Management and Digital transformation

Profound knowledge in state-of-the-art marketing tools, developing multi/omni-channel brand campaigns and supporting product launch preparations.

Effective stakeholder management across cross-functional teams with great communication skills

Entrepreneurial & creative mindset with strong business and customer orientation
