Our clients are regional and national companies requiring an understanding of local, regional, and national markets inclusive of omni-channel communications strategies leveraging branding, public relations, creative, digital advertising, web services and media buying.Your Role at Gavin

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive growth, engagement, and conversion for our organization. This individual will lead a team of digital marketing professionals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain proactive communication with clients to ensure that their objectives and expectations are met. The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional results, fostering strong client relationships, and driving the success of our digital marketing initiatives.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee the implementation of the company’s digital marketing strategies, encompassing SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, social media, and more.Drive continuous improvement by identifying growth opportunities, staying current with industry trends, and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, setting clear goals, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to meet and exceed performance objectives, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue targets.Monitor campaign metrics, analyze data, and derive actionable insights to refine strategies and tactics.

Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including the creation and distribution of high-quality, engaging content across digital channels.Ensure content aligns with SEO best practices and audience interests.Paid Media:

Manage and allocate budgets for paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media advertising, and display advertising.Collaborate with advertising agencies and vendors to maximize ROI on media spend.

Analytics and Reporting:

Utilize analytics tools to track KPIs, measure the effectiveness of campaigns, and generate regular reports for stakeholders.Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.

Additional Items:

Support internal cross-functional team members on integrated/digital projects, client communications and monthly reporting.Assist with content development and creation where appropriate.Collaborate with various internal teams and participate in meetings to develop project plans; present them to senior staff as appropriate.Identify project objectives and ensure they are met.Closely monitor assigned projects to ensure deadlines and digital budgets remain on track.Work with digital and creative departments to leverage digital advertising, websites, social media and engaging digital opportunities.Work with junior staff on gathering necessary reporting data; provide insights on monthly reporting to senior staff including but not limited to successes and setbacks encountered; suggest areas for improvement where appropriate.Complete required billing of assigned clients.Attend client meetings as required.Manage and track corporate approvals of digital spends for clients, ensuring budgets and proper files are maintained and logged.Develop and maintain strong relationships with each assigned client; closely align with internal clients to provide top-notch customer service.Proactively maintain digital income projections in conjunction with the Director of Digital Services.Work with senior staff and clients to identify new integrated and digital marketing opportunities at local, regional and national levels.Contribute to staff meetings and/or training on all social media platforms.Assist with proposal development, as needed.

Desired Qualifications:
