Lectrodryer, LLC is seeking a Public Relations Specialist in Richmond, Kentucky. The Public Relations Specialist will be responsible for promoting a positive Lectrodryer image and mission to our customers, industry, government agencies, and the public through the use of social media (e.g. LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and Instagram) and Google Business. This position will work directly in coordination with the Marketing Manager and Product Line Manager to ensure that the messages conveyed are consistent across all media and publications.Duties Include:Develop strategies to effectively communicate Lectrodryer’s current activities with the Product Line Manager and Marketing Manager in accordance with the company’s image, mission, and objectives.Create and implement Digital and Social Media promotional campaigns in coordination with the Marketing Manager.Oversee and authorize digital advertising products presented by third-party providers.Analyze company objectives, promotional policies, and needs and compare with market research (nationally and internationally) to assist management in decision making as it relates to potential product success and promotional strategies.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of promotional programming and strategies.Coordinate Lectrodryer’s participation at trade shows and conferences to increase product awareness and establish relationships in the industry.Minimum Requirements:Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field; 2 years of experience in the following:Designing, proposing, and implementing Public Relations Strategy.Digital Marketing Strategy Knowledge.1 year of experience in implementation of:Search Engine OptimizationGoogle AdWordsRelevant Social Media MarketingRelevant Social Media AdvertisingData AnalysisMarketing AutomationEmail Marketing (Marketing Campaigns)CopywritingWeb Development and DesignHTML and CSS Coding2 years of experience in the following:Coordination of trade shows and conferencesCustomer Resource Management Knowledge and ManagementMarket Research AnalysisIndustrial Account Management and Sales ExperienceSpanish language proficiency is also required.
