You will be a creative developer of multimedia learning opportunities. This dynamic position includes developing interactive video and simulation content to train our client base on our software products. You will also be responsible for writing and updating software documentation.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (required); degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field is preferredStrong written and oral communication skillsVideo and screen casting tool experience; experience with Adobe Captivate a plusExperience with animation software a plus; experience with software simulation capture a plusMust live in or be willing to relocate to Southwest CharlottePrimary Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Consulting team to summarize content requirements accurately and design instructional materialsDesign and develop engaging, informative, and visually compelling online learning objects and courses, including text, graphics, interactions, and software simulationsCollaborate with the eLearning team to plan multimedia projectsEdit, write, and narrate scriptsUpdate multimedia projects as neededCreate design & submit ideas for developers to improve the softwareEdit, write and update software documentation, including manuals and white papersDeploy multimedia projects onto our learning platformsCompany Benefits:Company offers a full benefits program including medical, dental, life, and disability insurance, 401K, paid vacation, sick & holidays!Salary depends on experience in software implementation and the logistics IndustryCompensation will be negotiated based on experience and skills.Various opportunities for career advancement within our organization.
