Perform design work on a variety of projects and prepare reports and construction drawingsAssist on 2D and 3D preparations of drawings, using computer-aided design (CAD) or building information modeling (BIM)Convert and digitize electronic files into usable CAD filesPrepare drawings in compliance with company drawing and CAD/BIM standardsPerform a full set of construction documentsCollect data and gather information or documents for architectural projectsAssist with preparation of permit submittal documents and applicationsSupport architectural design team in daily planning, coordination, and completion of projectsLearn state and federal laws & regulations and adapt building codes and standards as required to integrate into projectsPerform other project duties as assignedPosition Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
in Architecture or Interior Design; or in lieu of a degree,
4+ years
of related experience and/or trainingKnowledge of:
AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photo Editing Software, and Microsoft Office Suite4-10 years experience
