Through partnership and innovation, Amergis creates unmatched staffing experiences to deliver the best workforce solutions.The Proposal Content Specialist plays an integral role in developing and managing content used in response to RFIs, RFPs, and other proposal materials for the organization. The Proposal Content Specialist is responsible for maintaining and building on the knowledge base of proposal content to improve response quality and team efficiency. The Proposal Content Specialist will collaborate with team members to ensure content developed is accurate, compelling, strategically positioned, and differentiates us from competitors.The Proposal Content Specialist works within a highly collaborative team environment and partners closely with departments across the organization including Sales Leadership, Regional Leadership, Operations, Recruitment, Information Services, Communications, Human Resources, Compliance, Legal, and Clinical.Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and expand a knowledge base in proposal automation software of pre-written content to improve proposal quality and productivity.Define, optimize, and own the structure of RFP Team content in various repositories.Meet regularly with the RFP Team to identify gaps and edits in existing content.Maintain knowledge base accessibility, data integrity, and data backup.Source new content through regular meetings with key subject matter experts (SMEs).Capture information from SMEs and rewrite it to ensure clarity and adherence to style, messaging, and branding standards.Dissect RFPs to identify new or frequently asked questions, answers, or documents that need to be maintained.Work with graphic designers as required, maintaining a strong graphics knowledge base.Proofread and perform writing, editorial, and quality control functions.Schedule and direct routine content review activities with key SMEs.Inform and train key stakeholders on the process for reviewing and updating content.Contribute ideas, input, and feedback on team and company processes and initiatives.Stay up to date with current market and industry trends to develop content and offer suggestions for proposal messaging and strategies.Perform other duties as assigned/necessary.Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent related experience.1-3 years of proposal content management, proposal or sales experience.Demonstrated ability to write technical or creative prose.Proficiency in creating professionally formatted content and using internet tools for content development.Computer proficiency, including practical use of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Writer, and Content Management Software.Outstanding inter-personal skills, including the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.Proficiency in the English language is required.Benefits:
