Develop instructional courses tailored to desired learning outcomes that support employee learning and development. Quickly and efficiently learn and process large volumes of technical information, conducting research with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Increase efficiency and help produce error-free work through the creation of reference materials and support tools that reinforce training for team members.Responsibilities:eLearning course development experience, utilizing a variety of techniques to define and sequence instructional contentCourse authoring experience in Articulate 360 and familiarity with configuring and exporting SCORM packagesEffective research, analytical, and problem-solving skillsStrong project management, relationship-building, collaboration, and written/verbal communication skillsStrong conversational grammar and familiarity with using in-house style guidesAbility to compile, organize, and present technical information clearly and conciselyHigh level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and ExcelBachelor's degree with a focus in Instructional Design, Education, Writing, Communication, Business, Behavioral Sciences, Training Development OR a related certificationPreferred Qualifications:Experience working as an in-house designer at large corporations is a plus, regardless of the industryAbout INSPYR SolutionsTechnology is our focus and quality is our commitment.
