At present, Kaadas has nearly 2,000 employees and tens of thousands of global sales networks. Annual sales volume ranks top 3 worldwide and first in China.Reporting directly to the CEO of North America, the Director of Marketing will be the fourth hire in North America and a key member of the leadership team tasked with running the entire marketing division; eventually hiring and leading a team as we expand and grow. The Director of Marketing will be an energetic and engaging leader who brings a sense of entrepreneurialism. They should be able to work well and collaborate with the executive team. They need to have a clear understanding of digital, traditional, and omnichannel marketing. They will need to raise brand awareness of Kaadas products across our total sales and distribution footprint, including online. The Director of Marketing will be a strategic thinker who executes a results-driven approach and can thrive in a dynamic, rapid-growth environment.The marketing leader will need to be able to clearly articulate their goals and objectives. They will create, execute, and present marketing and communications plans that identify opportunities to elevate our brand that will shape and influence a consistent story to our clients, partners, and the consumer. Additionally, they will develop and drive our digital and social media strategies, building brand awareness and profiling news and insights.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Go To MarketResearch new marketing opportunitiesAnalyze and evaluate industry and market trends to help inform and grow the businessIdentify and drive opportunities for future company growth, improvement, and profit.Trade ShowsCreate and organize Kaadas North America’s trade shows, booth and display setup, events, and conference presence to increase overall brand awarenessDigital/SocialCreate and execute a compelling digital and social media strategy with content that leverages industry best practices and profiles the company ethosMaintain WebsitesFacebook, Google, Instagram, TikTok & YouTube Ads – create, run, and analyzeBrand, Communication & ContentChampion Kaadas North America’s products and brands ensuring a consistent approach throughout all marketing vehiclesDevelop and lead commercially aligned marketing and communication strategies and plans via an integrated multi-channel approachDesign marketing materialsWrite and develop product-related messaging and materials to reinforce Kaadas North America’s value propositionMarketing Operations:Create and maintain a marketing calendarDevelop a deep understanding of Kaadas North America’s products and client workflows to foster a collaborative partnership with Product Development and Sales teamsFoster a culture of metrics driven marketing; measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and tacticsEnsure key metrics are established, monitored, and reviewed regularly to determine return on investments selected, making the appropriate adjustments when necessaryDevelop agency and external vendor relationships in support of business goalsSkills & ExperienceSelf-driven, curious, and a quick and continuous learner with an ability to prioritize and adapt, to be creative and proactive, and to successfully collaborate with teams to drive results.
