We call it “Accountable Creative” – and it requires more than a tagline or clever visual trick. It takes time and focus to understand the offerings like you are the subject matter expert; to understand the audience like you are living among them; and to craft stories and experiences that connect the two.As a Creative Director you will:Work closely with Client Services teams to concept appropriate creative — in message and style — that bridges the gap between what the client is trying to accomplish and how the target audience prefers to communicate.Lead and grow client engagements and relationships alongside Client Services teams.Work across multiple client engagements simultaneously, demonstrating self-direction and full commitment to projects, the team, and our clients' success.Guide the building of appropriate teams for projects.Collaborate with and empower Writers, Art Directors, Associate Creative Directors, Designers and Developers to bring creative ideas to life across mediums including motion graphics and video, interactive experiences, web, design and more.Work creatively within corporate brand guidelines and defined campaign styles.Deliver client pitches and presentations, building consensus on the way forward.Provide a critical eye to work in progress, ensuring it meets stated business goals.Stay aware of the latest concepts, practices and procedures for successful marketing communications across various industries.Advance the strategic and design thinking within the department and inspire others.Be adaptive to change while focusing on the goals of clients, the team, and fellow Centerliners.The ideal candidate will bring the following to the table:Minimum 10+ years experience in an agency or brand management; B2B experience is a must.Bachelor's degree in communications, design, or comparable experience in a related marketing field.Expertise in multiple disciplines including Writing, Content Strategy, Graphic Design, Motion Graphic Design/Animation, Editing, UI Design/Development.Strong writing skills in various formats (proposals, pitches, concepts, treatments, scripts, etc.).Leadership skills and experience motivating, empowering and inspiring others.Self-motivated, requiring minimal hands-on management.Highly organized, with a keen eye for details.What we offer:The salary range for the Creative Director position is $100k - $120k.This position is remote work from home.Paid time off and paid company holidays.Excellent benefits package that includes:Employee medical and dental benefits with employee-paid option to add partner or family.HSA and FSA offerings.Voluntary products including critical illness, accident insurance, life insurance, short and long term disability.401K plan with company match.Centerline is committed to ensuring diversity, inclusion and respect continue to permeate the fabric of our company culture.
