The Creative Production Manager is a hands-on contributor, responsible for managing revisions and updates to existing materials, developing and utilizing design templates, and compiling files for release and production. Primarily, you are a production expert who operates with efficiency and ensures the highest level of accuracy in the final stages of design development. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and an exceptional communicator, dedicated to refining existing processes and implementing industry best practices.

Let’s Talk About Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Creative Operations Lead to manage the creative production process for print and digital projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality in all outputs.

Proactively identify and communicate project challenges, brainstorming and implementing solutions, escalating issues as necessary to minimize disruptions to creative workflows.

Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Effectively balance and prioritize multiple competing priorities in a time-sensitive environment, consistently demonstrating exemplary attention to detail.

Conduct comprehensive quality assurance assessments to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across the production team prior to final delivery.

Translate and extend established creative concepts into production-ready print, web, and digital assets.

Adhere to all standards and processes, including file naming conventions, creative release methods, and proper file storage on the server.

Support the internal creative team with various design tasks, including developing layouts, creating templates, resizing or cropping images, retouching, and converting files across multiple software programs.

Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers to secure cost-effective, high-quality production services, ensuring final deliverables meet specifications.

Let’s Talk About Qualifications and Experience

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design.

A minimum of 5 years of creative leadership experience, ideally within an in-house agency or a comparable environment.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in creative and production execution across diverse marketing channels.

Extensive expertise in print and digital production processes, encompassing prepress, printing, digital media, and post-production.

Strong working knowledge with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop), and Microsoft Office. (Experience with XD and Figma is a plus.)

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a global environment.

Solutions-oriented and self-motivated, proactive in initiating actions, streamlining workflows, and exhibiting exceptional organizational skills.

Ability to guide and mentor creative execution while critically evaluating work streams for efficiency.

Strong creative and professional portfolio demonstrating creative execution capabilities and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

Extensive experience in navigating the intricacies of highly regulated industries.

Skilled at thriving in and adapting to remote work environments.

Exhibit a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Expert in transforming raw data into visually compelling stories and easily interpretable formats for effective communication.

88,000.00 - 110,000.00 - 132,000.00 USD Annual
