We are campers, hikers, dreamers, doers, and makers.If you live and love the west, we are the place for you.We need a super-talented Marketing Associate who is AMAZING at reporting and data analysis as assigned by the Marketing Operations Manager. Serve as a point of contact between the marketing operations team and the creative team as well as third-party vendors.Duties and Responsibilities:Embrace the values of Country Supplier.SMART THINKING: We are highly-skilled professionals who create and design with a WHY—backed by data—to produce results.FRESH IDEAS: We exceed expectations and strive to surpass goals.GENUINE GOODNESS: We make a positive impact with a positive attitude.COLLABORATE AND CELEBRATE: Check egos at the door and understand that when great minds come together, we will produce outstanding results.Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.Coordinate company promotions through our Point-of-Sale system.Review ad copy with Merchandising and Marketing management before the final press date to ensure brand promotion is effective and accurate.Measure and track advertising performance to identify strengths and weaknesses of each promotion.Partner with Merchandising and Marketing management to define and communicate processes for improving marketing and event planning.Serve as project leader or team member on special projects and company initiatives as needed.Perform other related duties as required, providing administrative support to each member of the marketing team as needed.Desired Skills and Experience:AA, Bachelor's (or working on Bachelor's) degree in marketing, communication, or business-related field.Outline and establish project plans/timelines and communicate to the department to implement event details.Strong communication skills working with store managers/stakeholders to understand objectives and offer strategic solutions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills—ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure.Ability to interact and work with a team with a strong attention to detail and high sense of urgency.Ability to take on new tasks as needed and effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously.Assist in creating and collating marketing materials as needed.Be able to see other people’s points of view and take on critical feedback.Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word, Teams, and OneDrive.Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
