to contribute to our global team.ResponsibilitiesManage global/local sales operations and client relationships across the network and customer portfolio.Define customer/channel based targets.Track and evaluate the performance of key clients/channels, aiming to expand business in various markets and ensure a distinctive approach for acquisition and retention.Align pricing strategy with managers and marketing for each channel/customer and ensure revenue targets are aligned with profitability.Manage activities related to marketing strategies and implement business plans for the region in line with HQ Marketing teams.Oversee and ensure adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs), benchmarks, and the company's policies and procedures.Monitor customer behavior using data analytics and CRM, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.Experience and Skill RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's Degree.Professional & Technical Know-how: Sales, Marketing, Account Management.Total Professional Experience: 7 Years+.Functional Experience: 5+ Years.Language Skills: English / Upper Intermediate.Computer Skills: Experienced in MS Office applications (Proficient skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, capable of creating visually compelling presentations to effectively communicate ideas, strategies, and sales initiatives), ERP applications (preferably Oracle, Salesforce).
