This role will lead the social strategy, audience growth, communications, and scheduling of social content across our fast-growing Emerging Audience handles, including Culture Rated and Primero Latino. The role will collaborate closely with our internal content partners across PV to deliver:relevant / key original Amazon Studios title content, in close partnership with Studios social leads.important key Hub campaign activity, including social strategy for TVOD, Channels, and Library for distribution across the Emerging Audience handles.highly acquisitive, high-growth audiences to our global social eco-system and engaging new and existing customers across our social platforms with bar-raising creative.Key Job Responsibilities

This Sr Brand social role is responsible for leading the overall social, creative, and operational strategy and audience growth for our Emerging Audiences handles. They will be:strong collaborators and communicators, with an ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver the best social creative for our customers.excellent social marketers, ideally with social platform expertise with an understanding of what drives viral social creative for our customers. Have a good understanding of how social and culture connect and how to capture on our handles.able to understand and articulate key data and analytics to drive durable learnings and strong social campaign management.passionate content advocates (originals, TVOD, Channels, Library) able to develop social strategies to drive engagement for all our brands, audiences, and titles.Pursuant to the Los Angeles Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experienceExperience using data and metrics to drive improvementsExperience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programsExperience communicating results to senior leadershipExperience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze dataExperience with Social platforms and creating social-first marketing.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

The base pay for this position ranges from $112,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $186,500/year in our highest geographic market.
