As Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a key role in helping industry thrive in Eastern Canada by implementing comprehensive Hybrid Learning and Development (L&D) programs that align with the organization's business objectives.Your goal will be to provide an environment for all team members to improve their performance, increase productivity, grow in their careers, and promote a culture of learning and continuous improvement. This role significantly contributes to creating optimal experiences for our employees, clients, and partners, which is directly connected to our purpose and company values.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with internal stakeholders to identify learning and development needs.Design core and cross-functional Hybrid L&D Programs in alignment with business competencies, career paths, goals, and objectives.Utilize various training methodologies including e-learning, classroom training, coaching, and mentoring for effective program delivery.Utilize Learning Management System (LMS) and design platforms to produce and deploy impactful learning solutions.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of competency-based training and development programs, continuously refining approaches for maximum impact.Stay up-to-date with industry trends in all areas of L&D.Essential Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Human Resources, Education, Organizational Psychology).Experience in Learning and Development, including designing and delivering training programs.Experience with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.Proficiency in French and English, spoken and written.Work Location : Kirkland, QC. Hybrid, with the possibility of occasional telework.About Us
