NinjaOne is searching for a proactive, self-motivated

Director of Marketing Operations

to lead our high-performing team. In this crucial role, you’ll manage our global marketing systems, processes, data, and insights, and drive operational efficiencies and growth initiatives to ensure effectiveness across all marketing activities. As a strategic leader and practical executor, you’ll champion real-time communication, enhancing team responsiveness and decision-making. Reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Marketing, your influential leadership will be pivotal in fostering a culture of robust team development and inspiring your team to reach new heights.Location

Austin, TX

or those willing to relocate unassisted.What You’ll Be DoingOversee the global marketing operations team and enhance the overall effectiveness of the marketing department.

Define and implement the vision and strategy for marketing operations, aligning with the company’s growth objectives.

Train and support team members to ensure adherence to best practices and internal processes.

Lead the management and enhancement of the marketing technology ecosystem; evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to boost team performance.

Manage the integration and technical facets of all key systems, including marketing automation, lead routing, sales email tools, web chat, etc., to generate, distribute, and report on leads and pipeline.

Manage the Pardot <> SFDC integration, ensuring high data quality within the database for dependable business insights.

Oversee vendor relationships within our marketing operations technology stack.

Streamline the marketing operations project management lifecycle to ensure top-tier communication and responsiveness across departments and functions.

Oversee and expand processes that uphold best practices in lead capture, lead distribution, campaign management, data enrichment, and sales outreach.

Set functional priorities, allocate resources, and establish a cross-team strategy for technology governance, analytics, and marketing investments.

Collaborate closely with demand generation teams to develop sophisticated email nurture streams for prospects and customers at various stages.

Build and oversee all list segmentation within Pardot for demand generation teams to leverage for targeted email marketing across North America, Europe, and APAC.

Take ownership of the buyer’s journey from lead capture through to deal closure, including sales handoff, nurturing, and demo creation.

Develop processes tailored to regional needs, such as GDPR compliance for EU residents.

Analyze and report on marketing and sales activities, assessing their effectiveness and impact on the business.

Design and maintain dashboards that enable the marketing team to measure KPIs effectively.

Review and refine our lead scoring model to optimize lead routing and nurturing.

Conduct continuous audits and management of the Pardot asset inventory.

About You6+ years of experience in Sales and

Marketing Operations .

4+ years of leadership experience, managing a team of operations professionals.

Experience working with Marketing and Sales teams in a

B2B SaaS

environment.

Experience working with sales email tools like

SalesLoft

or

Outreach .

Experience with attribution models, funnel types, and campaign ROI frameworks.

Highly skilled in

Salesforce

(SFDC Certification preferred).

Highly proficient in marketing automation systems ( Pardot ) and integrating systems with other technologies.

You are a detail-oriented decision-maker with strong analytical skills, possessing hands-on experience in reporting and data analysis.

An adept strategist and hands-on implementer, you thrive in managing multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

Proven experience in managing a global team and navigating the complexities of multi-language marketing assets.

You are technically proficient, with a proactive approach to process improvement, and testing and retesting are integral to your method.

A skilled communicator who excels at building relationships across various levels of an organization.

Self-motivated and scrappy - you know what needs to be done and you take ownership and initiative.

BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.

The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage and PTO. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $150,000 to $185,000 per year.
