As a Marketing Operations Coordinator at Mersive, you’ll play a crucial role in the day-to-day execution of marketing activities, ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery of initiatives across teams. This role offers a unique opportunity for growth, providing hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing operations, from campaign logistics to process management. You’ll work closely with the Mersive Project Management Office (PMO) and gain valuable insights into the strategic and tactical aspects of marketing within a fast-paced tech environment.

Roles and ResponsibilitiesMarketing Calendar Management:

Maintain and manage the marketing calendar, ensuring all tasks are tracked and executed on time.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep the calendar up-to-date and ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.

Campaign Logistics & Coordination:

Manage the logistics of marketing campaigns, coordinating closely with the Business Development Representative (BDR) team to ensure seamless execution.

Handle the tactical execution of email campaigns, lead nurturing, and drip campaigns within Klaviyo, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Content Support & Distribution:

Support the creation and organization of presentation content, ensuring materials are polished and aligned with brand standards.

Manage content distribution across various channels, ensuring consistency and reach.

Process Management:

Assist in the management of marketing processes, working with the PMO to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing operations by identifying bottlenecks and suggesting solutions.

Team Support & Collaboration:

Work closely with the VP of Marketing, Product Marketing Manager and Digital Content Marketing Manager to support the tactical execution of marketing activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are executed effectively and align with Mersive’s strategic goals.

Desired Qualifications/ExperienceExperience & Skills:

1-2 years of experience in a marketing operations or project coordination role, preferably in a B2B environment.

Basic understanding of marketing operations, campaign logistics, and process management.

Familiarity with email marketing tools like Klaviyo and project management fundamentals

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Role Progression

First 30 Days:

Learn Mersive’s marketing tools and processes.

Start managing the marketing calendar and supporting campaign execution.

Assist with content organization and basic reporting tasks.

Around 60 Days:

Take on more responsibility for coordinating campaigns and logistics.

Identify and suggest improvements to streamline marketing operations.

Increase involvement in content distribution and presentation support.

By 90 Days:

Lead specific marketing tasks, such as complex campaign coordination.

Proactively enhance marketing processes and contribute to overall efficiency.

Compensation range of $60,000-70,000 annually inclusive of base & variable compensation and commensurate with experience.
