At Bankers Trust, our team members experience an inclusive and community-focused culture and we’re proud of the premier workplace we’ve created.Job Summary:The Executive Assistant (Consumer & Marketing) provides executive level administrative support to the Chief Consumer Banking and Marketing Officer and this position’s direct reports, which make up the Consumer Leadership Team. Key responsibilities include report creation, budget oversight, calendar management, vendor management, and serving as the project manager for many bank-wide initiatives. This role performs a wide range of complex and confidential administrative duties, including handling sensitive company and employee information with superior judgement and integrity.Primary Functions and/or Responsibilities:Serves as principal administrative contact and liaison between the Chief Consumer Banking and Marketing Officer and the Consumer Leadership Team, and the 225+ divisional employees.Leads the creation and distribution of various reports and matrices for these Consumer lines of business, as well as Marketing, including profitability, cross-sell and CRM reports. Maintains corporate records and documents as needed.Oversees the budget creation, forecasting, and overall management for these Consumer lines of business, as well as Marketing. Submits invoices and prepares expense reports and tracks/assigns accurate budget allocations to internal departments.Assists with the creation and updating of presentations for Board of Directors, Management Committee, Strategic Planning, and other meetings.Responsible for Chief Consumer Banking and Marketing Officer's calendar management, including coordinating/scheduling of complex and large group meetings across the Consumer divisions, Marketing and bank wide.Schedules travel for Chief Consumer Banking and Marketing Officer, including regular trips to regional Bankers Trust offices and national conferences.Schedules staff meetings for Consumer Leadership Team, including the coordination of guest speakers and other presentations, and preparing and distributing agendas.Schedules and organizes other complex activities for the Consumer and Marketing divisions, such as strategic planning retreats, team outings and celebrations.Serves as the event lead for several bank-wide events (both internal and external) and assists with community sponsorships.Facilitates the onboarding of new vendors across the Consumer and Marketing divisions. Works with vendor management to maintain proper documentation.Works independently and within a team on special projects. Acts as a project manager for multiple high-level bank initiatives, which may include, planning and coordinating presentations, disseminating information, updating materials and merchandise, logistical changes, employee rewards and recognition, and more.Answers important correspondence and assembles highly confidential and sensitive information. Responds to requests for information.Deals with a diverse group of important external callers and visitors, as well as internal contacts at all levels of the bank.Performs other duties as assigned and deemed appropriate.Education and/or Experience:Executive Assistant IITwo-year/Associates Degree preferredMinimum of two years of executive level administrative experience preferredMarketing and/or banking experience preferredTwo-year post-secondary degree/specialized study preferred OR an equivalent combination of education and experienceExecutive Assistant IIITwo or four-year college degree (preferred), or equivalent of education and experienceAt least four years of executive level administrative support experience preferredTwo-year post-secondary degree/specialized study preferred OR an equivalent combination of education and experienceSpecific Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:Extremely proficient knowledge of all Microsoft Office productsGeneral understanding of banking industryWorks well both independently and collaboratively with a teamAbility to stay within a given budgetStrong judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload, as well as recommending changes in office procedures, when neededPersonal effectiveness and credibilityThoroughnessHiring Salary Range:The hiring range below reflects

targeted

base salary. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s prior related experience & education and will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition to base salary, most positions are also eligible to participate in our annual bonus program. Select positions may also be eligible to earn incentives and/or commissions.

Hiring Salary Range:

EA II $54,000 - $62,400,
