FifthColor is looking for a Director of Marketing to head up our growing strategy team.The Director of Marketing, along with the VP of Marketing, oversees FifthColor’s high-energy and talented strategy team, counseling and guiding them as they manage successful client campaigns. The Director of Marketing is responsible for the growth and mentorship of FifthColor’s Marketing Strategists and supports them and cross-departmental teams in the areas of Brand Strategy, SEO, Digital Advertising, Social Media Advertising, Email Marketing, Graphic Design, Print Marketing, Website Development, and Video Production.Responsibilities
Build relationships with and mentor team of Marketing Strategists as their direct report, helping them develop full-fledged campaigns that drive results.Maintain client relationships across all accounts, supporting in client meetings, and identify new marketing opportunities to upsell.Maintain expertise in the areas of digital and traditional marketing, sharing knowledge with Marketing Strategists and entire agency team.Analyze client campaigns to ensure proper KPIs are tracked and met to ensure client success.Manage marketing team deadlines, ensuring proper planning is in place to help the team meet milestones.Assign and lead team members on brand strategy projects.Work with Internal Marketing Manager to market client success stories.Work with Director of Development and Director of UI/UX to manage website projects.Work with Director of Creative to produce high-caliber creative, photo, and video for clients.Work with the VP of Strategy to ensure proper marketing department processes are being met and, if needed, help establish new processes.Assemble and present new business pitches that are data-driven and provide proven strategies that generate results.Manage marketing department budget as part of the overall agency budget.Support cross-department synergies in a data-driven environment that works hard and plays hard.Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or similar.5+ years of digital marketing or agency experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.Proven success in digital campaigns, including digital advertising, social media advertising, email marketing, and the like.Experience working with developers, designers, photographers, and videographers preferred but not necessary.Exceptional analytical skills and strong working knowledge of GA4 and GTM.Strong knowledge in SEO tactics and optimization.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.FifthColor is an award-winning marketing agency and commercial print company, now located in our new 50,000 sq. foot state-of-the-art facility, allowing all our print and marketing experts to work under one roof.Our team is trusted by some of the world’s largest brands like the PGA, Puma, Champs, Reebok, Kohler, and Lund.Here at FifthColor - We are Bold
