THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

The Multimedia Design Specialist will be an active collaborator involved in various design and video needs to aid in marketing and recruiting. The individual should be confident in a fast-paced team and comfortable working with multiple departments and project teams across the company. Responsibilities may include:

Conceptualization, development, and integration of digital, print, and video materials for the project, recruiting, and business development teams the marketing department supports.

Development and execution of marketing materials including brochures, pamphlets, advertisements, presentations, and collateral materials.

Development of content for social media and our website.

Versatility and willingness to jump in when needed.

Developing or evolving brands under our umbrella of companies, joint venture projects, and various initiatives.

Graphic design and production support for corporate departments and initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

1 - 3 years of general graphic design and video editing experience.

Strong command of Adobe Suites.

Comfortable editing videos in Premier or a related program.

Ability to design in a wide variety of styles; eye for design details, such as typography, alignment, hierarchy, etc.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft suite, i.e. Outlook and Word, and comfort designing within PowerPoint.

Comfort or willingness to learn basic photography skills a plus, but not mandatory.

Enjoys branding and brand development.

An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of an employee-owned company.

Enjoys working and collaborating with others.

Candidate will be expected to share a work portfolio.
