Prepare for/attend networking eventsCoordinate monthly business development meetingsPrepare & create RFQs/RFP packages including GSA SF330 forms, etc.Create qualifications packages for various purposes, i.e., new client meetings, outreach, eventsAssemble final marketing documents into attractive, organized, compelling, and high-quality presentations for various needsPrepare PowerPoint presentations for Shortlist InterviewsDraft invitations, email blasts, and announcements for various purposesProvide marketing support to multiple managers and senior principalCoordinate internal meetings, special events, and presentationsConduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growthBuild, develop, and maintain our CRM database including tracking leads and opportunities and updating project experience dataAssist in the implementation of performance marketing campaignsSupport the creation and optimization of HTML5 content for digital platforms and social media campaignsUtilize marketing automation tools to streamline processesContribute to advertising initiatives across various channelsAssist in developing and executing content marketing plansAnalyze data to track campaign performance and provide insights for improvementConduct routine updates to firm’s website to ensure accurate and current information is reflectedAssist with submissions for industry awardsSkills:
Strong background in research methodologiesExperience in advertising sales and campaign managementProficiency in performance marketing techniquesFamiliarity with HTML5 for content creationExperience with Adobe/Microsoft Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Designer, Visio, Sway, etc.)Keen eye for graphic designKnowledge of marketing automation platformsUnderstanding of advertising principles and best practicesAbility to develop and implement content marketing strategiesExperience with social media platforms and promotionsProficient in analytics tools for tracking campaign performanceExperience building and maintaining a CRM databaseExperience in A/E/C Industry preferredExperience:
