Job Description

Zendesk is looking for a seasoned and agile Senior Creative Producer to steer the production of brand identity marketing projects spanning program creative direction to web creative production. The ideal applicant is an experienced producer with strong communication, project management prowess, and creative expertise, adept at collaborating to deliver iconic, result-driving brand initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Marketing Expert: Act as the definitive resource for brand identity marketing and web workflows, partnering intimately with the Creative team and key program stakeholders.Creative Process Architect: Design and sustain a productive creative process, ensuring projects are delivered creatively, on time, and within budget.Accountability: Establish and maintain clear RACI models to delineate responsibilities and ensure adherence, fostering accountability and streamlining collaboration.Facilitator: Initiate and facilitate engaging creative brief process and brainstorming workshops in partnership with Creative Leadership.User Insight Advocate: Support user research process to inform and steer the creative decision-making process, ensuring that production aligns with user needs and market trends for impactful outcomes.Resource Management: Skillfully resource and support designers, copywriters, videographers, and developers, fostering a collaborative and achievement-driven environment.Relationship Builder: Cultivate robust relationships with creative teams, marketing agencies, and key internal partners to achieve exceptional project deliverables.Culture Energizer: Infuse positivity, champion our values, and maintain team morale.Stakeholder Liaison: Engage proactively with stakeholders to anticipate needs and address challenges proactively.Project Communication: Ensure project goals, deliverables, and budgets are clearly defined and communicated.Budget Management: Manage project budgets and purchase orders with precision, while complying with all protocols.Alignment with OKRs: Align tasks and projects with OKRs, strategies, and company values to drive impactful results.Qualifications5+ years of creative production experience within a marketing team and an expert level knowledge of the creative process across brand, digital, video and campaigns.Comfortable working in an agile and evolving MarTech stack.Adept communicator and effective problem-solver among cross-functional cohorts, including external agencies.Advanced project management skills with a preference for those experienced in agile methodologies.Proficiency in fiscal oversight and resource management.Impeccable attention to detail.Able to integrate analytics into creative decision-making paired with empathy.Proficient in Figma, DAM, and Asana (or comparable project workflow tools) and Adobe Suite.Where We WorkZendesk is not your average tech company.
