Responsibilities:

Lead the design vision for our suite of productsCreate interaction and visual designs for new product featuresIdentify areas for improvement based on our competitive landscape as well as industry trends and best practicesUnderstand and clearly communicate the information architecture, workflows, and processes surrounding the user experienceWork with developers to implement strategies that ensure technical successQualifications:

Proven experience designing modern and usable web applicationsKnowledge of industry design trends and has a strong opinion about UX best practicesHas an expert eye for the proper use of type, space, and colorCan create wireframes and also high-resolution final design and assetsUnderstanding of Agile design practices and ability to deliver a minimum viable designExperience conducting user research and comfortable talking with customersExperience with prototyping tools or hand-coded HTML/CSS/JS is a plusRequirements:

BFA in Graphic Design or related field5+ years of Web Application design experience preferably for a software companyA strong portfolio featuring relevant work examplesMust be a self-starter and able to work well with others in a fast-paced agile environment with an emphasis on collaborating and assisting the team to meet business objectives
