As a global team of travel experts, we pride ourselves on creating and operating the world’s best travel experiences for our partners and guests.ROLEWe are seeking an exceptional Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives demand, elevates the brand, and supports long-term growth. This role requires a bright, highly creative, ambitious, and analytical individual who can not only develop marketing strategies but also execute the day-to-day in a growth environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic Marketing : Craft and implement innovative marketing strategies across digital, traditional, and experiential channels that align with Experi’s values and market opportunities.Campaign Management : Plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive demand, build awareness, and effectively communicate our unique benefits.Digital Marketing : Lead our day-to-day digital marketing, including SEO, social media, email marketing, online advertising, and other digital engagement efforts.Brand Management : Ensure our brand is consistently and accurately represented across all marketing and communication channels.Industry Partnerships : Identify and develop strategic partnerships and public relations opportunities that enhance our brand and drive partner and guest growth.Analytics and Reporting : Monitor, analyze, and report on past performance of marketing campaigns to build a results-oriented marketing approach.Market Research and Future Insights : Conduct and analyze market research to identify trends, measure brand perception, and understand partner and guest needs and opportunities.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTSMarketing Experience : At least 5 years in increasingly challenging marketing roles, with a proven track record of driving demand and building strong brands.Strategic Vision with Analytical Skills : Ability to craft and execute innovative marketing strategies and have the analytical chops to back them up.Guest and Partner Focus : Ability to build exceptional marketing programs that authentically resonate with our guests and partners over the long term.Strong Project Management : Highly organized and can juggle multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously balancing results, resources, and time.Effective Communicator : Can articulate complex ideas clearly both internally and externally, effectively conveying Experi’s values and benefits across various mediums.Aligned Values : Share Experi core values of Demonstrate Hospitality & Professionalism, Get the Right Things Done, Now, Own it and Build it for the Long-Term, Pay Attention to Details, Support & Strengthen the Team, and Become the Expert, then Get Better.Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.PREFERRED SKILLS & TRAITSTravel, Hospitality, or Luxury Sector Expertise: Direct marketing experience with an excellent understanding of market dynamics and customer preferences.Creative Thinker: Creative thinking that delivers authentic and on-brand marketing results for high-end audiences without large spend.Design Sense: Keen eye for graphic design, user experience, and overall visual appeal.Tech-Savvy: Experienced with modern marketing technologies, analytics tools, and digital platforms.We’re looking for someone who’s experienced and passionate about shaping the future of luxury travel for many years to come.
