We are currently searching for a talented
Marketing Specialist
to grow our RAM Companies (ramcom.com) brand.
Are you a strategic thinker, an innovative marketer, and a creative powerhouse eager to make a significant impact? As a vital member of our marketing team, the Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads for SEH’s subsidiary, RAM Companies.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy:
In collaboration with subject matter experts and the marketing team, you'll be responsible for crafting and leading targeted multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Content Creation:
Engage in writing and editing persuasive and captivating content that advances our content/inbound marketing strategy.
Copy Editing:
Ensure all content is polished and professional, adhering to our corporate style guide.
Data Analysis:
Analyze marketing data to shape future strategies.
Required Qualifications:
Submit a personalized cover letter with your application.
Present a strong portfolio of writing for review.
Exceptional writing skills with a proven ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to teamwork.
Proactive self-starter with the ability to take ownership.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM software.
Must be located in or around Brunswick, Ohio.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in marketing or a similar role.
Bachelor's Degree in English Literature, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Three-plus (3+) years of relevant experience in the A/E/C industry.
Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.

Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $70,000 and $74,000 based on skill set and experience.
