Day to Day Responsibilities

Prepare interior design construction drawings, renderings, and development of plans

Programming, concept design, space planning, technical detailing, furnishing layouts, and finish specifications

Ability to execute all phases from concept design to construction administration

Assist with client and consultant communication

Assist in the selection and specification of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting.

Consult with vendors, research, and propose FF&E materials and products

Coordinate materials and drawings for presentations

Research code requirements

Organize files, materials, and prepare presentations

What we look for

Proficiency in Revit is required

Two to four years of applicable experience

Proficiency in Adobe Suite

Knowledge of the design process, including FF&E, furniture systems and specifications, color, and materials

Strong graphic and visualization skills

Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills

Ability to work well in a team environment

Bachelor’s degree in interior design or architecture from an

accredited

college or university is mandatory

Portfolio submission required
