These functions are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required.Duties and Responsibilities:Manage an assigned multi-state agency territoryDevelop and maintain professional and effective agency relationshipsHost virtual video-conference meetings and trainingsTrain new and existing agents on company products, procedures, and guidelinesDeliver concise, valuable feedback regarding daily agency phone calls and trainingsWork with Call Center Manager in planning overall marketing, training, and strategic growth plans for independent agenciesMonitor and report monthly agency production goalsRespond to communications in a timely and professional mannerAccomplish daily goals and perform other duties as assigned including inbound and outbound phone callsAdhere to policies and procedures of employee handbookSkills and Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of industry experienceFlorida Insurance Licensure: 20-44 or 2-20Strong ability to develop and maintain cooperative, positive, and trusting working relationships with our teamAbility to adapt to a changing environmentExperience in handling conflict situations with the utmost professionalismSelf-motivated and self-disciplined with the strong ability to work effectively and independentlyAbility to use decision-making skills to offer options and resolve problems in a variety of contextsStrong verbal and written communication skills, active listening, and a professional phone voiceProficiency in Microsoft Office including Teams, Word, Excel, and OutlookFluency in multiple languages is a plusBenefit HighlightsIndustry-leading medical, dental, and vision insurance plan401(k) Retirement Plan with a company match of 100% on up to 5% of compensation (match is fully-vested immediately)Generous PTO policyEligible for performance-based bonuses
