Halfdays is an outdoor apparel brand for the modern woman with a mission to make outdoor sports more approachable, inclusive, and fun.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage Halfdays’ affiliate marketing strategy to drive sales and brand awareness.Define the overall influencer marketing strategy and build best practices to be executed by brand.Oversee and optimize our affiliate program, ensuring effective partnerships and maximizing performance.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, creators, and influencers to drive collaborative marketing efforts.Identify and recruit new affiliates, creators, and influencers to expand our network and enhance our reach.Leverage data and consumer insights to monitor emerging cultural moments and find opportunities.Collaborate with our PR agency to align affiliate marketing efforts with overall PR strategies and campaigns.Coordinate and manage influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals and objectives.Monitor and analyze affiliate and influencer performance data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.Develop and execute promotional plans, including special offers, campaigns, and content for affiliates and influencers.Provide regular reports on affiliate marketing performance, including key metrics, ROI, and insights for continuous improvement.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to keep our affiliate marketing strategy innovative and competitive.Qualifications:

4-5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, and public relations, preferably within the e-commerce or retail industry.Proven track record of developing and managing successful affiliate marketing programs that drive sales and brand awareness.Strong understanding of affiliate marketing platforms (e.g., ShareASale) and influencer marketing tools (e.g. ShopMy, LTK).Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and partners.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.Positive, open, and friendly team member.Experience executing in ShopMy and ShareASale.Worked in both the fashion AND outdoor industries.Strong relationships with creators.Experience and knowledge of skiing or hiking is a plus!At Halfdays, we know that outdoor enthusiasts come from all different backgrounds, and we are here to support them by having a diverse team.
