If yes, you might be Solar’s new Group Senior Category Manager for Communication and Security.As Group Senior Category Manager, Communication and Security, you have the overall responsibility for the category across all Solar markets. You will be the team manager for 8 highly skilled and dedicated employees, who together cover the disciplines of Category Management and Product Management. In other words, you will have to take ownership of the category assortment strategy, the development of our Solar Concepts, supplier agreements, as well as the pricing strategy.Digital leadership is fundamental for Solar. Various activities are ongoing to improve this part of the business and the digital customer experience. The journey continues and will represent a significant focus for the Category Management area.In addition to the strategic focus areas and goals, your job will include hands-on action and taking part in the daily operations. The job also includes handling local category responsibility and close collaboration with various internal stakeholders like Market Managers and Sales to define and decide on market initiatives.As a person, you must be responsible, self-driven, and have an eye for details. You are communicative, have a positive approach, and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
