Sperling Interactive is currently seeking a Social Media Associate to join our content creation team. The Social Media Associate will be responsible for managing 10-15 social media accounts for our clients.
The ideal Social Media Associate is a passionate, collaborative, super detail-oriented individual who is eager to contribute to our Social Media strategy for our clients. The perfect candidate would have previous experience in planning, organizing, and implementing strategic content across Social channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and Pinterest. This role is fully in person.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Create & Schedule Social Media Calendars (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
Research industry-related topics and staying up to date on what’s trending
Increase engagement and drive quality traffic to site
Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
Coordinate with our blog writers to incorporate in your social strategy
Collaborate with designers & our content team to create engaging graphics
Ensure all-around consistency & accuracy of content (style, fonts, images and tone)
Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans
REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, or a related field preferred
1-3 years of experience in coordination of Social Media accounts
Experience using Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, Sprout Social or other social tools a MUST
Knowledge of UTM tracking, Analytics, and Wordpress a plus
Proficient in Google Suite Products: Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.
Highly detail-oriented with a knack for editing & proofreading
Must be ready to learn, develop, and show initiative

$45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
