Marketing Communications Director

Step into the future as a key leader in a dynamic high-growth sustainable ingredients company. You’ll join a fast-paced, innovative Seacoast New Hampshire producer of patented plant-based ingredients used in new generations of consumer products. The ideal candidate for this leadership position is a self-directed and energetic manager with the experience and confidence to advance communications that generate new and higher revenues in multiple application areas. Key elements will include developing and managing all forms of marketing campaigns to generate demand for the Company’s products, including websites, social media, CRM, and promotional materials.

Responsibilities of the Marketing Communications Director

Lead the design and execution of new and innovative communications strategies and plans.

Raise the awareness and understanding of Itaconix and its products with key stakeholders.

Manage major communications assets and channels, including websites, social media, trade shows, and content development.

Coordinate branding and messaging to ensure quality and alignment across all communications channels.

Develop and implement communications to grow revenues in new product and application areas.

Develop and maintain superior knowledge of Itaconix and the value of its products to employees, vendors, customers, end-users, shareholders, and the environment.

Qualifications of the Marketing Communications Director

At least 5 years of experience with increasing responsibilities for major marketing campaigns using the latest social media tools and websites integrated with CRMs.

Experience with developing ecommerce businesses is highly preferred.

Strong established track record for executing effective marketing campaigns, including the use of social media channels.

Proven ability to complete multiple projects without direct supervision.

Ability to respond rapidly and professionally to new communications needs.

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant field of studies is highly preferred.

Excellent verbal, written, presentation and information communications skills with an ability to adapt communication style for the situation.

This is a full-time, onsite position in Stratham, New Hampshire.

Salary starts at $120,000 or higher based on experience and capabilities with regular reviews and advancement based on performance.

Compensation includes healthcare benefits, stock options, and annual bonus potential.
